Mexican President, Andres Manual Lopez Obrador, has decided to change the strategy to combat fuel theft. This new plan would involve 15 governmental ministries and agencies, with the deployment of over 4,000 soldiers to remain vigilant at refineries, pipelines, refueling stations and storage or dispatch terminals.
