Eric Rose, Director at Pinkerton, provided insight into what it potentially takes to protect a superyacht from both physical and technological threats. Cyber security is a major issue that is often overlooked. “If we have a client on a yacht who is concerned about someone trying to steal information, our [Global Risk Group] creates a geofence for those specific areas. The team would also sweep the vessel for listening devices and bugs.”
