Work Experience
She began her career as a civilian in the Peoria Police Department right out of college and spent 15 years working with the command staff and in dispatch, initiating the mobilization of police officers and other response services to an accident or crime scene. After leaving the police department, Christy joined Pinkerton as a Pinkerton Dedicated Professional, where she was embedded in a client’s organization and helped to develop and implement global security processes including the onboarding and training of security personnel. She also ensured the safety and wellbeing of the client’s employees, property, proprietary information, reputation, brand protection.
When her assignment ended, Christy transitioned to project management and operations at Pinkerton, where she assisted with the expansion of Pinkerton Deployable Assets into Mexico and with the implementation of agent staffing and vendor management processes, establishment of after-action report protocols and travel security programs, and everything in between.
In 2021, Christy became the director for Illinois. She has the unique perspective of understanding the Pinkerton global infrastructure, having worked in the field and in corporate. She leverages that expertise and experience to help identify comprehensive solutions for her clients’ risk management needs.
