Job Summary:

The Global Manager provides Protective Security in protecting assets (people, product, property, and proprietary information) from both internal and external threats. Reporting to the Global Head Protective Security, tasks will be relating to a wide variety of physical security issues, including: security design; physical access controls; alarms and alarm monitoring; Closed Circuit Television Systems; security systems design; project management for Security Operations Center(s); physical security-related IT systems and emergency notification systems in support of our client Globally.

Essential Functions:

  1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  2. Collaborate with technology providers across functional areas, internally and externally, to ensure up-to-date security technology support continuously.
  3. Demonstrate deep technical and business process knowledge relating to security technology.
  4. Help introduce emerging physical security technologies that have a potential to optimize business processes and find opportunities of optimization.
  5. Physical Security Risk mitigation: Identify and report risks and help develop recommendations for Protective Security to protect the business.
  6. Predict physical security technology trends and translate into advice.
  7. Management of Global Physical Access Management (GPAM) program (i.e., migrating existing offices, new offices, and manufacturing sites) and managing integrators supporting this project.
  8. Advise on all “Request For Solution” (RFS) proposals.
  9. Support the implementation of an integrated framework for Physical Security and ISRM and applying standards related to the cyber assurance of physical protective systems.
  10. Ensure publication of the Global Standards related to design and support of physical security protective systems.
  11. Initiation and implementation of mitigation measures to protect all business assets.
  12. Assist with investigative and intelligence support to Corporate Security & Investigations and Product Security (Supply chain) initiatives.
  13. Management of technical security measures to assist Executive Protection Team.
  14. All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Preferred Bachelors/Master's degree or equivalent in technical security field and/or seven years equivalent work in related subject(s). Pinkerton is an inclusive employer who seeks candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
