Job Summary:

The Account Manager will support a specific Pinkerton Enterprise Clients (PEC) global account through ongoing client relationship management, assessment of current and future service needs, and account-related administrative functions. The role actively engages with the client to understand the requirements of the positions to be filled and partners with the account team and Global Talent Acquisition leadership to develop recruitment strategies.

Essential Functions:

  1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  2. Serve as a point of contact for the assigned client and assist with ongoing relationship management, as directed by the Global Account Director (GAD).
  3. Lead preparation of client-related meetings, monthly invoicing, expense reimbursement administration, and purchase order budgeting for associated Relationship Managers.
  4. Ensure all services are conducted in a timely and professional manner and aligned with Pinkerton's Service Delivery Standards.
  5. Assist the Global Account Director or other regions team members with ongoing client service needs and gathering necessary information for successful delivery.
  6. Consult with the GAD and Pinkerton's Managing Director- Global Talent Acquisition regarding open job objectives, requirements, compensation, and candidate qualifications.
  7. Consult with the Managing Director- Global TA regarding future staffing needs and recommend recruiting sources for consideration.
  8. Address client questions and/or concerns regarding recruitment updates and deployed strategies quickly and effectively based direction from TA's leadership.
  9. Attend industry events to promote the Pinkerton brand and account openings, seek candidate referrals from existing Pinkerton employees and professional network, and share to sites such as LinkedIn.
  10. Partner with PEC TA in building a pipeline of active and passive referral candidates to shorten lead time.
  11. Work collaboratively with the global PEC TA team members to discuss statuses, recruitment challenges, and brainstorm on potential solutions.
  12. Assist the GAD with candidate interviews and updating statuses within Pinkerton's applicant tracking system.
  13. Conduct internal performance monitoring to track KPI/SLA reviews for monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBRs and QBRs).
  14. Regularly review evolving client needs and industry trends to improve future results.
  15. Manage account dynamics including scenario planning and practice.
  16. Oversee embedded personnel that are delivering direct services to the client.
  17. Coordinate with the service delivery functions of Pinkerton, various assignments, as requested by the client.
  18. Conduct administration support such as audit, data reporting and analytics.
  19. All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field with at least five years of progressive experience in outsourced services and business management with a proven track record of growing clients' business. Salary & Benefits Information:
Rate of pay: $125000 / year.
