Job Summary:
The Physical Identity & Access Management Lead (PIAM Lead), assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will support the Regional Security Manager- North Pacific & North China and local Area Security Managers regarding all elements of Corporate Security's badging operations and access management at the client's regional corporate locations. The Lead provides subject matter expertise and technical support for badging operations while ensuring compliance against corporate policies.
Essential Functions:
- Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Ensure local and regional badging operations in the assigned area of responsibilities are compliant with the Corporate Global Badge policy.
- Monitor and manage all badge and access applications via the Trouble-Ticket/SIM and RightCrowd systems and ensure that Service Level Agreement (SLA) and commitments to internal customers are met.
- Monitor RightCrowd system working status and coordinate with global team for area access request.
- Manage ANT Group to ensure all information on owner, approver and secondary approver are updated.
- Oversee the management of access levels creation, request, and level modification in the Lenel Access Control System.
- Serve as point of contact with Corporate Security Badge Office in support of badging operations.
- Ensure proper maintenance of badging inventory and records across assigned corporate offices
- Partner with Area Access Managers (AAMs) to review restricted spaces and maintain updated audit access report.
- Conduct quarterly audits on AAMs and badge access levels across assigned corporate offices.
- Provide technical guidance for the development of solutions while understanding and analyzing different technology solutions.
- Capture business requirements and workflows and provide solutions to meet customer needs.
- Develop, plan, and conduct training sessions to meet customer needs.
- Capture meeting minutes and action items.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to manage, track, and control projects issues timely delivery.
- All other duties, as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Certifications:
Diploma in security management or other relevant field with at least four years of experience in regional access controls, security platforms, systems management and customer service. Pinkerton is an inclusive employer that seeks candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
