Job Summary:
The Recruiter will actively engage in urgent high-volume recruitment activities worldwide, as directed by the Managing Director, to support Pinkerton's enterprise client accounts and HR regions' recruitment needs, priorities, and challenges. The Recruiter understands the unique aspects of each assigned opening and proactively identifies the most qualified active and passive candidates from a variety of recruiting sources.Serving as an applicant tracking system (ATS) subject matter expert, this role effectively manages job requisitions, identifies process improvements, and assists with end user training and inquiries. The Recruiter adheres to and communicates the importance of the organization's Global Talent Acquisition standards and processes to ensure consistency and uphold Pinkerton's brand reputation. This position can be based (remote) within the Mountain, Central, or Eastern regions of the United States.
Essential Functions:
- Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with the Human Resources region teams, field management, and enterprise account teams to understand their unique recruitment needs and challenges.
- Manage assigned requisitions across multiple time zones worldwide, with the intent to consistently achieve Pinkerton's 30 day time to fill standard.
- Review candidates within the ATS daily, independently identify qualified candidates, and conduct timely phone screens.
- Complete searches for active and passive candidates for enterprise or regional requisitions via candidate databases such as LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, and Hire Heroes.
- Proactively communicate with the Managing Director regarding the assigned requisitions' recruiting statuses on a daily and/or weekly basis.
- Recommend recruiting strategy changes and, with approval, implement accordingly.
- Coordinate and participate in virtual and/or in-person job fairs, serving as a professional representative of Pinkerton's brand.
- Consistently research and recommend additional international, national, local, niche, and diversity-based job boards for further consideration.
- Assist with the accurate completion of daily, weekly, and ad hoc recruiting reports.
- Respond to email inquiries and “Contact Us” messages from candidates seeking guidance.
- Participate within the 2025 ATS (iCIMS) implementation, training, and eventually serve as a subject matter expert to provide end user support and serve as an administrator.
- Seek out opportunities to assume additional responsibilities, increase knowledge, and develop skills to advance the effectiveness of the TA team.
- All other duties, as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree with three to five years of high-volume global (preferred) recruiting experience within a multinational organization. Pinkerton is an inclusive employer who seeks candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

Salary & Benefits Information:
Rate of pay: $70000 - $80000 / year.
