Job Summary:

The Global Security Operations Center Manager, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will manage the Center's shift operations, oversee the collection of intelligence information, and track threat activities directly or indirectly affecting client assets, people, and interests globally. The Manager is responsible for overseeing the deployment of intelligence, investigations, and incident management support to internal business operations as processed through GSOC operations.

Essential Functions:

  1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  2. Manage the daily activities across the GSOC enterprise.
  3. Oversee the badging, access control, and alarm monitoring functions.
  4. Manage the identification, investigation, and case management of incidents involving the client or our partnership organizations.
  5. Identify risk and define and implement mitigation measures.
  6. Manage emergency response and crisis management plans, training, budget and staffing models, situation reports, threat bulletins, travel safety advisories, and after-action reporting.
  7. Lead a team which supports the investigation process through the collection of intelligence related to threats originating from external sources, as well as internal incidents and issues such as theft, vandalism, and workplace violence.
  8. Manage the development, tracking, and maintenance reporting of statistical and written analysis of threats, incidents, and investigations for leadership review.
  9. Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to include law enforcement, public safety, intelligence, and investigative organizations.
  10. Manage the development and deployment of credible, timely, and actionable intelligence information to operators and business decision makers.
  11. Communicate team vision across varied audiences, manages broad complex conversations, and effectively communicates with senior leadership when needed.
  12. Manage intelligence support to events, personal protection, executive protection, and travel safety.
  13. Evaluate and monitor the performance of team members and develop and implement training and coaching for new and existing personnel.
  14. Manage quality control checks to identify and highlight best practices in security operations through continuous assessment and improvement.
  15. Set clear objectives and is responsible for evaluating the team's performance, motivation, and team's professional development.
  16. All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred with at least five years with GSOC, security operations, and access control experience including the management of investigations (corporate or government) and intelligence collection.

Salary & Benefits Information:
Rate of pay: $80000 - 85000 / year.
