1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
2. Conduct regular monitoring of world events through open-source intelligence, social media platforms, and client specific intelligence gathering tools for known and potential threats to employees, company assets and reputation and complete requested reporting.
3. Observe, investigate, and report suspicious activities or unusual situations.
4. Escalate incidents to security management matters related to employee welfare, global incidents, operational issues, and critical situations.
5. Manage badge distribution and meet the client's requests for all badging requests.
6. Update employee, contractor, and vendor badge access as directed, while maintaining compliance with company policy.
7. Maintain accurate tracking logs of temp/contractor badges that have been signed in and signed out.
8. Manage and maintain cardholder profile accuracy, create new access levels and groups, and delete unused access levels and groups to ensure proper maintenance of the system.
9. Troubleshoot problems or concerns related to access control equipment, databases, and policies and coordinate problem resolution.
10. Track, document, and report progress on projects and initiatives in areas of responsibility.
11. All other duties, as assigned.
