Job Summary:

The Security Project Coordinator, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will assist with the successful delivery of major and minor security projects within the Australia New Zealand (ANZ) geographical area. The Coordinator supports the design, bill of materials development, and partners with local value-added resellers and other client entities to complete project works. This role serves as the local point of contact for technical security with ANZ project teams.

Essential Functions:

  1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  2. Review and manage physical design policies.
  3. Develop security designs based on client policies for major and minor works.
  4. Develop bill of materials (BOMs) for major and minor works and issue to vendors for quoting.
  5. Prepare quotes for approval by the APAC Post Occupancy Projects Manager.
  6. Coordinate with internal entities and stakeholders for works completion, testing, and commissioning.
  7. Compare vendor invoices against quotes and/or services delivered and recommend, reject for payment, or receive for services.
  8. All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Experience with physical security systems and terminology, including problem resolution and equipment interpretation. Pinkerton is an inclusive employer that seeks candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

  • Project management certification, preferred.
  • Proficient English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able read and analyze architectural floor plans.

Working Conditions:
