Mailrooms step up mail screening procedures in response to mail-based terror plot

Tim Williams spoke with USA Today about the suspicious packages mailed to government officials and newsrooms. These attacks have led to the U.S. Postal Service and other federal agencies to boost their current mail-screening procedures.

Tim corroborated the seriousness of recognizing signs early. “There is no alternative to having extremely well-trained people. Particularly with this environment we are in.”
