Job Summary:

The Senior Communications Manager, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will partner with the client's Global Workplace team to develop global communications and marketing strategies, plans, and messaging, determine business needs, and manage related projects from concept to completion. While many projects and tasks may intersect globally, the Manager's primary responsibility is focused within the Europe region. This position can be located anywhere (remote) within United Kingdom.

Essential Functions:

  1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  2. Continually improve communication services, build team and corporate collaboration opportunities, and raise awareness through Global Workplace communications and best practices among the client's employees, vendors, and contingent staff.
  3. Develop global marketing and communications strategies with Global Workplace Communications team and apply, as needed.
  4. Advise and assist the Regional Communications Managers in the development and maintenance of global messaging and communications plans and strategies.
  5. Partner with regional external and internal stakeholders and global workplace customers to identify global communication opportunities.
  6. Develop and implement communications plans to address identified needs.
  7. Determine project requirements and develop site-specific marketing strategies around the deployment of messaging to ensure alignment with the client's and Global Workplace business plans.
  8. Partner with Global Workplace Communications and Internal Communications to implement branding for new marketing designs.
  9. Plan, schedule, and implement facility awareness campaigns to address specific facility issues.
  10. Plan, edit, and write, and layout content for a variety of internal communications mediums such as social media channels, newsletters, quarterly business updates or regular email bulletin.
  11. Storyboard and/or translate ideas to the creative team and designers.
  12. Ensure Internal Communication's messages are consistent across all mediums and departments and aligned with the Global Workplace and Corporate Communication strategy.
  13. Support the client's digital transformation initiative and assist in driving it forward.
  14. Manage delivery of complex projects and programs from development to completion. Develop and implement communication training packages as appropriate for members within the Global Workplace community.
  15. Manage and provide direction to internal and external vendors, as needed.
  16. All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree and/or an equivalent combination of education and Communications/Marketing experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
