Karla Šlechtová joined Pinkerton in May 2022 and is currently based in Prague, the Czech Republic, Europe. Prior to joining Pinkerton, Karla held significant roles in the Czech Parliament and the Czech Government, where she focused on strategic development and defense. Before her work in the public sector, Karla gained valuable consulting experience at Deloitte. She possesses a diverse range of expertise across various business fields, a deep understanding of the European market, and extensive networks. As the Director at Pinkerton, she leads the Central and Eastern European market (CEE). Karla concentrates primarily on regional business development, with her key duties encompassing advisory services, managing travel safety measures, and supervising Pinkerton's committed team members in specific territories. Her role is crucial in expanding and refining our business strategies within the region, ensuring our operations not only meet but surpass our objectives through her skilled guidance and oversight.
