Pinkerton, the world’s leading provider of comprehensive risk management services, announced today that it has opened its first office in Houston. Pinkerton Vice President, West Coast USA & Mexico Miguel Martinez made the announcement. Pinkerton’s new branch, which will be its second office in Texas, is located at 16225 Park Ten Place, in Houston. The branch is one of 33 locations in the United States, and specializes in executive protection, investigative services and comprehensive risk assessments for businesses.
Scott Spencer, director of operations, will oversee the day-to-day responsibilities of the Houston branch. Pinkerton’s other Texas branch is located in Dallas. Spencer, who joined Pinkerton in 2013 to facilitate the opening of the Houston office, has extensive experience in corporate, criminal, civil investigations as well as executive protection. Throughout his career, Spencer has successfully developed and implemented asset protection and supply chain management programs, specifically in the oil and gas industry. “Houston was the ideal choice to establish a branch location for Pinkerton,” said Martinez. “The region is home to an important, thriving petrochemical hub, and this new office will serve as a key base of operations to serve our clients in that industry.”
