Legal Counsel for Pinkerton pens opinion piece about government involvement in preventing fraud | Intellectual Property Magazine

Legal counselor for Pinkerton, Adam Bloomenstein, recently wrote an opinion piece for Intellectual Property magazine about whether or not the UK’s 2017 Digital Economy Act really deter IP fraud. “Aggressively protecting your IP does not always prevent theft, but it does make it easier to take legal action…The government is serious about ramping up the measures to stamp out, or at least reduce, online IP criminal activity.”
