Job Summary:
The Travel Risk Program Manager, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will be responsible for ensuring that the Travel Risk Program follows a risk-informed approach enhanced by operational insights that incorporates a proactive, all-hazards strategy to accurately assess regional capabilities. The Travel Risk PM provides comprehensive program oversight, driving initiatives in emergency risk management, business continuity planning, and risk assessment processes to mitigate potential impacts on the organization and uphold its security posture in changing environments. This position can be based anywhere (remote) within the United States.
Essential Functions:
- Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Provide oversight of the operational effectiveness of the travel security program.
- Design efficient and effective project plans to support the client's physical security objectives.
- Conduct regular reviews of existing travel security protocols and update them to respond to new threats or changes in the operating environment.
- Design and deliver travel security training programs for staff while focusing on risk awareness and response strategies during travel.
- Implement systems for tracking traveler itineraries and maintaining contact during trips to ensure quick response capabilities in case of an emergency.
- Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory obligations related to travel security.
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive emergency response plans and procedures.
- Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to develop and refine business continuity strategies, ensuring minimal disruption to operations during emergencies.
- Provide guidance regarding emergency preparedness, risk mitigation, and business continuity best practices.
- Partner with stakeholders across global security and other business units to identify risks, controls, and other relevant data points that impact Global Security Risk Operations globally.
- Present complex information in a clear and concise manner to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- Stay informed of the latest industry standards and regulations related to emergency risk management and business continuity.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree with at least three years of relevant experience in travel risk, security operations, or global risk management. An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job will also be considered, as determined by the company. Salary & Benefits Information:
Rate of pay: $111000 / year.
