Job Summary:

The Security Operations Coordinator, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will be responsible for the supervision, maintenance, and development of the client's surveillance activities, personal safety of suppliers, contractors, visitors, and facilities, as well as the protection of confidential information. This role provides exceptional customer service and hands-on coordination, manages relationships with both clients and staff, efficiently resolves operational and administrative incidents, and ensures compliance with safety protocols.

Essential Functions:

  1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  2. Provide the client with concierge-level security at the company location and events.
  3. Deescalate tense situations or individuals that may arise.
  4. Write detailed incident reports following any incident, occurrence, or variance that warrants documentation.
  5. Provide response services related to emergency and crisis planning, high-risk terminations, workforce disruptions, natural disaster, civil unrest, and threat monitoring.
  6. Manage administration work and supervise the different operational duties, as assigned.
  7. Identify and escalate equipment deficiencies/failures.
  8. All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, or business management. Working previously as a Security Manager with at least three years of experience coordinating guard forces, managing swift operational and administrative difficulties, and creating and implementing ongoing new policy/procedure training.
