Job Summary:

The Security Services Manager, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will oversee Product Security Services planning and execution of media content, user studies, data collection, campus secure moves, and events that involve IP related products to ensure mitigation of leaks, theft, or loss of confidential information. This role supports the development and improvement of security operations, ensures team adherence of standard operating procedures, and partners with internal project teams to coordinate product security.

Essential Functions:

  1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  2. Coordinate, plan, and execute daily Product Security Services operations related to media content, user studies, data collection, campus secure moves, and events that involve IP related products on and off campus, and any associated projects to mitigate any leaks, theft, or loss of IP and confidential information related products throughout EMEA.
  3. Direct adherence to all standard operating procedures and work instructions for the team during any service executions.
  4. Drive procedures for any operations within the Product Security service team that will mitigate the potential leak, theft, or loss of IP related products.
  5. Utilize KPIs to follow all continuity and consistency of business best practices between GPS, IP/CP, and Global Security team verticals.
  6. Ensure Global Protection Security strategy and vision is carried out across all IP and CP domains.
  7. Plan and implement systems that perform the work and fulfill the mission and goals of the department efficiently and effectively.
  8. Prepare security service provider operations orders, daily activity reports, and after-action reviews.
  9. Coordinate directly with security service providers and vendors to schedule and staff projects that require physical presence.
  10. Support the development and improvement of security operations through the use of best practices in risk management, physical security, and security management.
  11. Partner with internal project teams to plan and execute product security for confidential projects.
  12. Perform site assessments for satellite locations, M&A, and research centers;
    • Survey and provide thoughtful solutions/after-actions to the Global Product Security Manager.
  13. All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree with at least two years of personnel management, logistics and inventory tracking management, project management, and vendor relationship experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.   • Strong background in physical security with technology integration and logistics planning.
  • Able to effectively manage a team, including coaching and skill development.
  • Knowledge of C-TPAT, AEO, TAPA and other industry and/or government security programs, preferred.
  • PMP certification, preferred.
  • Willing to think outside the box with creativity and innovation.
  • Knowledge of international environments and various business cultures.

  • Possess emotional intelligence.
