Job Summary:
The Security Manager will be managing the security of the site as well as support the Physical Security program in the wider LATAM region. On-site level this includes responding to and managing security incidents & issues and maintaining smooth security system operations. On-site and regional level, providing security advice to stakeholders. The Security Manager will ensure customers have the best possible experience and have the highest quality of services.
Essential Functions:
- Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Single point of contact on site security matters for advice and/or response.
- Support Global Security to implement security policies and procedures.
- Incidents/Emergency response management on site.
- Manage security system daily operations including access control, CCTV, alarm and other related systems.
- Support security systems installation, maintenance & repair work with vendors when required.
- Provide guidance on Physical Security projects across the region as requested.
- Provide security system and operation reports per client requirements.
- All other duties, as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. - Computer skills; Microsoft Office.
