Job Summary:

The incumbent is a critical member of VOIS security organisation and will be accountable for ensuring in creating and driving the following key agenda for VOIS Europe locations.

Essential Functions:

  1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  2. Lead the BCM Program & Initiatives for VOIS Europe including Crisis Management.
  3. Strategize robust and optimal recovery strategy.
  4. Stakeholder Management across VOIS Europe and Group entities.
  5. Manage, develop, implement and maintain policies, standards and governance framework to enable the effective management of continuity of operations.
  6. Develop annual activity calendar and maintain the enterprise-wide business continuity.
  7. Co-ordinate with Senior Management in all lines of business ensuring business continuity governance activities.
  8. Ensure that the program is aligned as per the Group framework & work closely with Group BCM Team.
  9. Ensure that Business Continuity program components (Business Impact Analysis, Risk Assessments, Plans, Strategies, testing etc.) are effective and up to date.
  10. Drive the Annual Certification Audits and Internal audits.
  11. Responsible for publishing all reporting requirements Group KPI's, RCC etc..
  12. Handling end to end cycle of Crisis Management, Emergency Communications with Employees, Management, Business Units, and Partners through Employee Notification System.
  13. Owns and supports projects and business initiatives.
  14. Lead and review Business Recovery exercises for Business Operations and enabling functions.
  15. Adhere to BCM Calendar activities

  18. Policy Compliance / Assurance
  19. Lead the BCM Program & Initiatives for VOIS Europe
  20. Strategize, develop, implement and maintain policies, standards and governance framework to enable the effective management of continuity of operations
  21. Co-ordinate with Senior Management in all lines of business ensuring business continuity governance activities.
  22. Ensure that the program is aligned as per the Group framework & work closely with Group BCM Team
  23. Handling end to end cycle of Crisis Management, Emergency Communications with Employees, Management, Business Units, and Partners through Employee Notification System
  24. All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Operation and Service Management. BCM and Crisis Management Experience in large scale organizations/ Strategy/ Technology awareness. Any Graduate with around 8 – 10 Years relevant experience. Preferably a MBCI certified.
