Job Summary:
The Supplier Manager, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will oversee and drive the service delivery functions for the embedded Pinkerton's EMEA Security Systems team. Serving as the primary client point of contact, the Supplier Manager will manage the ongoing relationship, addressing issues, ensuring strategic alignment and striving for the optimal client relationship. With full responsibility for the team and their development, they will ensure both quality and compliance in the delivery of the requirements and service level agreements defined in our scope of works.Within the client's rapidly changing and dynamic work environment, the Supplier Manager uses a flexible, logical, open-minded approach to ensure all processes are optimized and quality is maintained during the service delivery function while continually seeking to improve the effectiveness of our overall service model. This position can be based anywhere (remote) within the United Kingdom. Frequent domestic and international travel is required.
Essential Functions:
- Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the EMEA Pinkerton security systems book of work and on-going client relationship management;
- Establish and maintain "trusted advisor" relationship with the client.
- Maintain communication cadence in accordance with the client's expectations.
- Address client questions and/or concerns quickly and effectively.
- Oversee Pinkerton's service delivery functions and various assignments, as requested by the client.
- Accountable for all services covered under the clients annual Scope of Works;
- Confirm that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are measured, managed, reported and delivered in a timely, professional manner in alignment with the client and Pinkerton's service delivery standards.
- Ensure the achievement of operational goals for all KPIs including, but not limited to, servicing the client, profit, and service delivery.
- Monitor and manage the region's performance metrics, budgets, and forecasts;
- Maintain focus on operational and financial accuracy and effectiveness.
- Lead the execution of strategic projects and associated change management;
- Identify service delivery gaps and drive innovation which leads to improvements in operational systems and processes, while ensuring the implementation of best practices.
- Manage the embedded Pinkerton team;
- Provide guidance and mentoring while managing performance reviews and concerns and completing on-boarding and off-boarding in accordance with Pinkerton human resources.
- Act as the regional point of contact for team member expense sign off prior to invoicing.
- Monitor, coach, and develop employees up to expected performance standards.
- Ensure mandatory Pinkerton employee training requirements and annual refresher training are completed in a timely manner.
- Lead and contribute to the development and continual improvement of the Pinkerton EMEA regional specific standards, quality assurance processes, and supporting documentation;
- Ensure all processes are enhanced and continually aligned with the client requirements.
- Contribute, develop, and provide input guidance to the development and continual improvement of the Clients regional specific standards, quality assurance processes, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare and conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly and six-monthly business reviews with the client and other Pinkerton management members.
- Ensure all meeting minutes/action items are issued within one business day following meeting closure.
- Support the client and provide costings for the annual services to be delivered in upcoming financial years.
- Assist the Pinkerton Global Account Director or other regional Pinkerton leadership with on-going client insight and service needs;
- Communicate employee performance concerns and/or project status updates to appropriate stakeholders.
- Support the team's oversight of third party security vendors delivery and provide client feedback on their performance.
- Maintain effective working practices, risk, threat, regulatory, standards, technology usage.
- Delegate duties when out of office to ensure tasks are being maintained and completed.
- Assist with general account functions and all other duties assigned.
Education, Experience, and Certifications:
At least seven years of business, program development, and management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the job's essential functions, as determined by the company.
