Job Summary:
: The client manages all aspects of physical security at corporate locations throughout Asia Pacific (APAC) and is a leader in security management, policy, and best practices. Regional Program Manager (RPM) for APAC will be a hands-on leader. Someone who is ready and eager to do everything, every-day with the same level of energy and entrepreneurial spirit of their first day. If you are highly-organized, an excellent communicator (both written and verbal), a strategic thinker, and have an eye for detail, you will have plenty of opportunity for growth in the team, and will gain exposure and experience across the organization and region.The incumbent is expected to do things a bit differently to demolish old-fashioned hierarchy and fancy job titles in the corporate security function. Instead, create self-sufficient, autonomous teams of subject matter experts, who can pick the problems they want to solve, own it and deliver breakthrough results. This position is based in Bangalore, India, and reports to the Regional Operations Manager APAC.
Essential Functions:
- Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- The RPM - APAC will act as a trusted advisor to the regional Leadership Team and Security Managers in the region to enable them to drive operational excellence.
- Lead GCS initiatives across the region to identify, prioritize and to achieve continuous improvement in security controls, processes at every site/program level.
- Lead change management to enhance leaner and flatter team capabilities.
- Work on strategic or complex improvement projects and develop project plans, white papers to ensure delivery of significant business value.
- Pilot, lead or support regional and global projects and global roll-out and share best practice globally.

- All other duties, as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Certifications:
Regular MBA from a reputed institute or Master Degree or equivalent education or experience. 5 - 10 years’ experience in a senior or managerial role in Corporate Sector. Experience of dealing with data analysis and interpretation, information, and intelligence. Skilled in developing metrics. - Understanding of international relationship building and development of cross-functional/peer relationships.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (both written and verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills).
- Ability to manage tactical (daily) operations and participate in development of strategic program plans.
- Results-oriented with strong delivery focus who can work independently and collaboratively with global teams.
- Ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the enterprise.
- Advanced skills in database, spreadsheet, word processing and presentation software.
- Ability to travel 40-50% of the time with little to no notice.
- Must be fluent in English (both written and verbal).
