Job Summary:
The Client Service Representative serves as a valuable team member within Pinkerton's Due Diligence department. The Representative will assess clients' needs, resolve issues by coordinating with internal departments and locations, and analyze trends in service inquiries to proactively improve the service delivery process. The Representative relays information without scripting to develop and manage the client relationship effectively. This position will have a hybrid work schedule (in office/remote).
Essential Functions:
- Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Communicate directly with clients either electronically and/or the telephone.
- Provide accurate information to incoming inquiries and product knowledge requests.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure prompt processing of orders on the client's behalf.
- Provide timely feedback to the client regarding service issues and concerns.
- Act as the first level technical support to train clients on usage, issue resolution and/or escalation to the IT department/account manager, if necessary.
- Use knowledge and understanding of criminal court records, dispositions, motor vehicle records, and other associated reports to answer client inquiries and/or describe product features.
- Operational functions as needed in processing reports and backgrounds.
- All other duties, as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Certifications:
High School Diploma or GED with at least three years of customer service and/or administrative experience. Pinkerton is an inclusive employer who seeks candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

- Basic knowledge of state and federal court documentation, preferred.
