Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Analyst will assist with the administrative functions related to the client's supply chain, customs and C-TPAT programs. The Analyst will interact with international suppliers and brokers on a regular basis including; document review, meeting arrangements and presentations, investigations, and data collection and dissemination.

Essential Functions:

  1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  2. Coordinate interactions and tasks associated with international suppliers and brokers including:
    • Provide guidance regarding assigned tasks.
    • Review and approve submitted documents.
    • Conduct investigations.
    • Produce presentations for meetings, as needed.
  3. Complete data-related tasks including.
    • Maintain databases in correlation with completed work.
    • Review data collection to identify potential issues, gaps, or other concerns.
    • Create charts or graphs from collected data.
  4. May perform Supply Chain-related tasks, as directed.
  5. All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree, preferred with relevant experience in supply chain, customs, import/export, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
