5. Help onboard new intelligence analysts, ensure they are fully trained on all GIU products and processes.
6. All-source intelligence program development. Plans and executes the consolidation, evaluation, Document writing/reporting standards and best practices; update as needed and analysis of raw data and information trends and patterns to prepare detailed analyses, to include threat and risk assessments. This also includes Identifying intelligence gaps and preparing detailed specifications for collection
7. Guiding and sharpening the analytic line in assessments, where possible and feasible.
8. Conducting quality checks before products go to the senior leadership/ end client. Should make sure the GIU is putting forth the best objective analysis. Ensures the quality and accuracy of all products and outputs, and is able to support production efforts through independent analysis, briefing, and ad-hoc research as needed
9. Serve as POC for OWO-related questions, communicated with key stakeholders to keep them updated on any changes
10. All other duties, as assigned
