Job Summary:

The Recruiter will partner with Pinkerton's global Talent Acquisition (TA) team to support the largest enterprise client accounts' recruiting needs and/or any other global recruiting challenges identified by the Global Manager- Talent Acquisition.The Recruiter is responsible for hands-on high-volume recruiting across the globe, as assigned by the Global Manager. The Recruiter collaborates with TA leadership to understand, educate users, and implement global standards to ensure consistency and maintain Pinkerton's brand.This position partners with the Global Manager to recognize the Human Resources region teams' challenges and the enterprise account teams' priorities. The Recruiter will monitor requisitions' candidate flow, passively recruit candidates, complete phone screens, and report outcomes and/or continuing concerns. This position will be based (remotely) preferably within the Central United States region.

Essential Functions:

  1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with Human Resources region teams, field management, and enterprise account teams to understand their recruitment needs and challenges.
  3. Based on urgency, the Recruiter may assist the HR region teams with job description creation, opening requisitions in the applicant tracking system (ATS), and proactively managing them throughout the recruitment process;
    • Complete searches for active and passive candidates for enterprise/assigned requisitions via candidate databases such as LinkedIn, Monster, Hire Heroes USA, and Google Employer Consortium.
    • Review candidates within the ATS daily and conduct phone screens for the assigned requisitions.
    • Participate in virtual and/or in-person job fairs.
    • Consistently research and recommend additional international, national, local, niche, and diversity-based job boards for TA leadership's consideration.
  4. Effectively communicate enterprise recruiting statuses on a daily and/or weekly basis, as established by the Global Manager;
    • Recommend recruiting strategy changes and, with approval, implement accordingly.
  5. Assist with the completion of weekly and ad hoc recruiting reports.
  6. Assist in new talent acquisition system implementations and end-user training.
  7. All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field with three to five years of high-volume human resources recruiting experience within a multinational organization.
