Job Summary:

The Global Security Operations Intern is responsible for physical security risk management, threat detection and mitigation, and asset protection in support of the Global Security Operation Teams.

Essential Functions:

  1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  2. Monitor and assess threats and proactively take action to protect life safety and security.
  3. Provide situational analysis and risk management by using date-led, dynamic platforms to enable faster and more effective decisions.
  4. Provide robust and resilient physical security capabilities and subject matter expertise to other groups.
  5. Employ best-in-class technologies to integrate the front-end experience and back-end data systems.
  6. Monitor and assess threats and proactively take action to protect life safety and security.
  7. Provide situational analysis and risk management by using date-led, dynamic platforms to enable faster and more effective decisions.
  8. Provide robust and resilient physical security capabilities and subject matter expertise to other groups.
  9. All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Current enrollment in an academic program with preferred focus in business, security, technology, or a related field.
