Job Summary:

The Corporate Security Project Coordinator serves as the local point of contact for all technical security matters within the Greater China Region (GCR) Corporate Security, POP, and Service teams.The Coordinator will support the design, BOM (Bill of Materials) development, and liaising with regional Value-Added Resellers and other client entities to complete project assignments. This role is responsible for assisting with the successful delivery of major and minor projects within the assigned geographical area.

Essential Functions:

  1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  2. Develop security designs based on corporate security policies for minor projects.
  3. Develop BOM for minor projects.
  4. Prepare quotes for approval by the GCR Technical Project Manager.
  5. Coordinate with client entities and stakeholders for completion of assignments/projects, testing, and commissioning.
  6. Compare vendor invoices against quotes and/or services delivered and recommend reject for payment or receive for services.
  7. Act as one of the in-region SME's for all technical security topics.
  8. Stay informed regarding region specific security trends, technology, and make suggestions and recommendations as required
  9. All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Diploma and/or degree with at least five years of corporate security physical design/policies and technical security experience. Lenel certification and CAD experience is required.


  • Proficient English skills; verbal and written communications.
  • Effective analytical and problem-resolution skills related to physical security systems and equipment interpretation.
  • Able to carry out responsibilities with little supervision.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Attentive to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures; including technical and non-technical individuals.
  • Consistently delivers on commitments and achieves expected business results.
  • Serve as an effective team member.
  • Computer skills; Microsoft Office.
