Job Summary:

The PES Global Account Manager (GAM) will be accountable for international process updates, client account management, international vendor management, departmental business review. GAM will also oversee the operational functions for international clients. The GAM will support the Director-Operations on issues and concerns relative to administrative, employee development, sales, client satisfaction, and profitability.

Essential Functions:

  1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  2. Direct the implementation of best-demonstrated industry and company practices as well as corporate, field and TQM initiatives.
  3. Identify key business opportunities as well as potential threats to the business globally.
  4. Responsible for team management, development, and coach the team members on international verification process
  5. Identify competencies within the team, set up appraisal criteria and distribute them to team members.
  6. Identify key business opportunities as well as potential threats to the business globally.
  7. Act as a SPOC for international clients and manage escalations from clients or internal departments
  8. Responsible to manage process workflow, capacity planning, load balancing, conflict resolution and delivery management
  9. Responsible for the achievement of productivity, SLA and quality goals
  10. Responsible for monthly/quarterly and annual business review with clients
  11. Responsible for timely invoicing and payment clearance
  12. Responsible for insufficiency management
  13. Adherence of SOW defined in client MSA
  14. Responsible for strategic sourcing & on-boarding global partners with compliance documentation.
  15. Maintaining a healthy relationship with all the partners.
  16. Channelizing client requirements to well performing global partners.
  17. Achieving exclusivity with global partners.
  18. Ensures that the partners are achieving productivity and quality goals as per the defined SLA in agreement
  19. Drive the process and technology changes for process improvements
  20. Ensure assigned work is completed, as defined by the process and applicable turnaround time, and manage the process hygiene check
  21. Internal SLA & quality to be maintained
  22. All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of seven years of work experience in the Process Industry with two years in handling a team. At least two years of experience in the background screening industry is preferred.


  • Background screening, administrative, and/or compliance experience.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Sound knowledge and experience of working with vendor partners.
  • Should have experience in managing multiple or large teams.
  • Able to analyse issues and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
