Job Summary:

The Project Management Office (PMO) Coordinator will be embedded within the client's corporate security team as a management function and framework for driving associated projects and programs. The PMO Coordinator will be responsible for the administration, coordination, monitoring, and control of key activities and processes within the PMO, supporting the senior manager with delivering on the mandate of standardising, optimising and supporting project management activities.

Essential Functions:

  1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  2. Work closely with stakeholders ensuring they receive adequate instruction, support and resources to successfully deliver programs/projects according to the established PMO standards and methodologies.
  3. Schedule meetings within the PMO and for projects and project managers, and taking minutes during meetings.
  4. Administrate primary PMO systems and software solutions, ensuring correct use by project teams and the accuracy of related data.
  5. Maintain PMO assets and resources and provisioning them to project teams on an as-needed basis.
  6. Keep records and handle the documentation that projects produce, and entering the data needed to generate PMO reports.
  7. Communicate across the organisation, projects, and project stakeholders with information requests, schedule updates, and reports.
  8. Consistently identify, assess and adapt to customer and business requirements.
  9. Support the implementation and utilisation of formal project management methodologies; primarily PRINCE2, Agile, Lean and Scrum.
  10. Support the design, development and delivery of project management systems, infrastructure and resources.
  11. Support the implementation of associated policies, standards and guidelines for effective program/project management.
  12. Support the identification, development, assessment and/or integration of new practices, technologies or initiatives, relating to project management.
  13. All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred, with three or more years of experience in administrative or coordination within project management for a multinational organization.
