Job Summary:

The Investigations Coordinator will serve as a valued team member within the Global Security Investigations (GSI) team supporting corporate and threat investigations across the Americas. The Coordinator oversees internal and external client service requests, coordinates case deployment, assists with analytical and due diligence investigations, and performs related case management tasks.

Essential Functions:

  1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  2. Serve as an interface between other programs and departments.
  3. Coordinate client inquiries including the completion of referrals to GSI staff involving investigations or service requests;
    • Ensure the delivery of all investigations and related reports meet client expectations and include correct formatting and branding.
    • Communicate with reporting parties during intake to clarify and triage investigations.
    • Work across client divisions and external staff to achieve client goals.
  4. Work with GSI management and investigators to streamline processes and create efficiencies.
  5. Assign cases in support of management.
  6. Resolve client concerns in a timely manner.
  7. Prepare reports in support of client requests.
  8. Studies methods of improving work measurements or performance standards.
  9. Prepares flow-charts, organization charts, graphs and power point presentations as needed.
  10. All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree with at least three years of experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.


  • Experience supporting a team or department, preferably within investigations, security, or intelligence.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Strong people skills.
  • Industry relevant certifications preferred, including CTM, CPP, PCI, PSP, etc.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Able to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently with little supervision.
  • Serve as an effective team member.
  • Effective independent judgment and decision-making ability.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Attentive to detail and accuracy.
  • Computer skills; Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Power BI.
