Job Summary:

The Physical Identity & Access Management Lead (PIAM Lead) is responsible for the management of the processes relating to the creation and maintenance of physical identify access cards and the maintenance of the access control program for corporate sites within the identified geography. The PIAM Lead will need to work closely with local management, employees, contractors and vendors in those locations and demonstrate customer service acumen to successfully deliver this role.

Essential Functions:

  1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  2. Ensure local and regional badge operations in the assigned area of responsibilities are compliant with the Corporate Global Badge policy.
  3. Monitor all badge and access applications via the Trouble-Ticket/SIM and RightCrowd systems and ensure that Service Level Agreement and commitments to internal customers are met.
  4. Monitor RightCrowd system working status and coordinate with global team for area access request.
  5. Oversee the management of access levels creation, request and level modification in the Lenel Access Control System.
  6. Serves as point of contact with Corporate Security Badge Office in support of badging operations.
  7. Ensure proper maintenance of badging inventory and records across assigned Corporate Offices.
  8. Work with Area Access Managers to review restricted spaces and maintain updated audit access report.
  9. Conduct quarterly audits on Area Access Managers, Badge Access Levels across assigned corporate offices.
  10. Perform other badge and physical identity area access management related duties as assigned by the line manager.
  11. All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Advanced Level Exams or equivalent qualification with at least four years of experience in management of regional access controls/security platforms/systems and customer service with required level of technical competency to handle the systems.


  • Good experience in management of regional access controls, security platforms and customer service.
  • Able to analyze, research, and resolve customer issues independently while working across teams to acquire necessary information.
  • Attentive to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment under multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated sound judgment in unique situations requiring regulatory considerations.
  • Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong internal and external communication skills within a multinational corporate environment.
  • Serve as an effective and positive team member.
  • Computer skills; Microsoft Office and data analysis.
