JOB SUMMARY:  The SDE Program Analyst will support the design, development, and maintenance of client systems. This will include multiple systems supporting cross functional teams on a global level.

The Essential Functions Include:
  1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  2. Work closely with the client and other vendor teams to support system maintenance and improvements, including multiple systems utilized by several teams globally.
  3. Assist assigned team to support system issues as they arise and identify root causes and improvements.
  4. Proactively identify key support requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  5. Maintain and improve systems used by the client to track projects, interact with customers, and produce and maintain audit data.
  6. Work with the team to identify improvements to support the customer experience, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
  7. Offer programmatic support as needed to support the needs of the client.
  8. Configure SharePoint systems and infrastructure.
  9. All other duties, as assigned.

Minimum Hiring Standards

 
Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position. 

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process including drug testing and background investigation.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., email, cell phone).
  • Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
  • Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.

Education/Experience


Bachelor's degree in related field with three or more years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.

  • Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining systems.
  • Proficient in Python, SharePoint, XML, .NET, SQL, and C#.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines. 
  • Serve as an effective team member. 
  • Able to carry out responsibilities with little supervision. 
  • Attentive to detail and accuracy. 
  • Able to analyze complex situations and recommend solutions. 
  • Able to multi-task and organize workload for effective implementation. 
  • Computer skills; Microsoft Office.

Working Conditions
